And though the script may have not been as great, I can only imagine if the role would have been a serious movie like BATMAN BEGINS, then we would have seen and recognized the acting ability that Val Kilmer would have gave, given the opportunity. In his own right, he was a different Batman which was more statuesque like long and lean and with a great voice. Long live the Batman/ Val Kilmer.
